Selcen Arı Yuka
Dr. Selcen Arı Yuka is Assistant Professor at Yıldız Technical University, Department of Bioengineering. In 2016, she completed her undergraduate education at Yıldız Technical University, Department of Bioengineering. While working as a research assistant in the same department, she completed her master's degree in 2019 and her PhD degree in 2024. She specializes in bioinformatics and mainly studies data science, transcriptomics, computational biology, systems biology, structural biology, structural peptide design, immunoinformatics. Dr. Yuka has more than 15 high impacted articles, 3 book chapters, 5 patent applications and is involved in more than 10 national and international projects.
