Seray Karaçay received her bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medical Biology. Throughout her academic journey, she has gained strong theoretical knowledge and laboratory experience in molecular biology and genetics, which she has successfully transferred into her professional career. Karaçay has been working at Massive Bioinformatics for nearly 3.5 years. She initially served as an Application Specialist for one year and has been holding the position of Sales Manager for the past two years, contributing to the company’s growth and strengthening customer relations. In this role, she has combined her technical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills. With almost seven years of active experience in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), Karaçay has specialized in Illumina and Oxford Nanopore technologies. Her expertise allows her to contribute both technically and strategically to bioinformatics solutions and genomic analysis processes, bridging the gap between advanced molecular biology techniques and their practical applications in the industry.
