Overview of the talk
As the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Digital Transformation Office, we are carrying out 3 different projects in the field of health in order to generate values specific to Türkiye from Türkiye’ s data. Considering the data volume and quality we have in the field of health, we continue to develop projects in order to improve product awareness in this field and to take this ecosystem further.
Our projects are;
The Turkish Brain Project is carried out in cooperation with the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Digital Transformation Office, Gazi University Hospital and Gazi University Engineering Faculty. Considering that Türkiye is the world leader in MR imaging, the project was initiated to perform artificial intelligence-based analyzes on brain MR images.
The Digital Eye-Mammography Project is a project carried out by the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Digital Transformation Office and focuses on the early diagnosis of breast cancer. An artificial intelligence model has been developed to assist radiologists in the evaluation of mammography images.
The Digital Eye – Liver Project is carried out by the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Digital Transformation Office together with radiologists who are experts in their fields. This project aims to automatically perform artificial intelligence-based liver right and left lobe segmentations and volume analyzes before liver transplantation.
