Tolga Aslan
Dr. Tolga Aslan completed his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in Molecular Biology and Genetics at Boğaziçi University. His doctoral research focused on the generation of knockout and knockdown mouse models using CRISPR/Cas9 techniques, in vivo protein ablation, and three-dimensional protein modeling. During his studies, he extensively used bioinformatics tools for the analysis of epigenetic, transcriptional, and sequencing data, and developed custom bioinformatics workflows to support these analyses. He is currently serving as the Manager of Business Development and Sales at Genomize Bioinformatics and Biotechnology, where he oversees strategic collaborations and commercialization of genomic analysis solutions.
